A Philadelphia native raised in his family’s restaurant, Chef Vogel has spent his career working across nearly every role in the hospitality industry — from the dish pit to the pass — before leading kitchens at some of the country’s most celebrated restaurants.
His background includes serving as Executive Chef at Alta Strada in Washington, D.C., founded by James Beard Award–winning Chef Michael Schlow, as well as Regional Area Executive Chef for EHP Hospitality. At The Dime, Vogel brings that same farm-forward philosophy to the Lehigh Valley — building relationships with regional growers and purveyors across Lancaster County and beyond. Menus evolve with four seasonal rotations each year.
Gatherings
Curated private dining experiences with a dedicated menu, available daily 12 pm – 9 pm. Private rooms accommodate up to 96 guests.
