Join us for an intimate evening celebrating the flavors of Italy through a thoughtfully curated five-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Nicholas Vogel, paired with exceptional Italian wines.
The evening begins with citrus-cured crudo featuring torched mackerel, followed by prosciutto and creamy burrata finished with vibrant extra virgin olive oil and seasonal garnish.
The third course highlights indulgence with mafalde pasta in a black truffle Alfredo vero, enriched with stock, butter, and aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
For the main course, enjoy slow-braised lamb shank served with saffron risotto Milanese, a classic Northern Italian pairing of depth and elegance.
The experience concludes with “The Pastry Case,” a curated selection of house-crafted Italian sweets.
